Appointments:

Patients are seen on an appointment basis, and we reserve time specifically with you and the doctor or hygienist. We ask that you contact our office in advance so that we may reserve an appointment time for you.

 

 

Initial Visit:

During your first visit, we will:

• Review your dental and medical history forms

• Take X-rays of your teeth and mouth

• Clean and polish your teeth

• Perform an oral cancer screening as well as a comprehensive exam of your teeth and gums for cavities, worn fillings, gum disease, bite alignment and early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis

 

After your checkup and teeth cleaning, Dr. Wohrman will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, work with you to create your personalized treatment plan, and answer any questions you may have.

 

 

What to Bring:

Please bring the following with you to your first appointment:

• Completed new patient packet (see Patient Forms below)

• Insurance card
